Another scintillating match between the Sec 4's and Kaieros have passed, with much squandered chances, contoversial moments, brilliant goals, important tackles as well as plenty of drama. Well to start of, this match was supposed to be Kaieros against NS TEAM, but because of certain inevitable events, the opposing team were not able to make it and hence Kaieros had the chance to play against the sec 4's yet again. Kaieros named a much changed team with a few new talented signings such as the muscular defensive linchpin Li Meng, a versatile and strong player Robert who is able to play in both defense and midfield and last but not the least Jeremy, a discipline defender scouted by the kaieros ace ZJ.

Kaieros started of really well for the first 5 mins, passing through the whole of the sec 4's team, however, with all the possesion at that moment, they failed to create a single clear cut chance. With this, the sec 4's gained momentum and confidence and started to gain the upperhand.

With all the dominance, they soon scored their first goal, with their star midfielder Chi Min weaving through the defence through the right wing before unleshing an unstoppable long range effort which beat the keeper. Even being a goal down did not change the tempo of the Kaieros players, with many players still making misplaced passes, ball watching. With that, Nick, the star fullback of the team had to be reshuffled back to take on the speedy Chi Min. Hence it was very surprising that got an equaliser just before the break against the run of play. It came from a defence spliting pass which an opponent defender tried intercepting before it could reach the onrushing Teng Rui.However he failed to get the in time and only managed to punt the ball right towards his own goal. To prevent the goal, Their keeper ZHOU YANG, not knowing whether it was a backpass or not only managed to push it away at the last moment. From this confusion, Teng Rui capitalised on it and struck the ball neatly into the bottom corner of the net, which erased of his two missed headers from close distance. 1-1.

At the restart, Sec 4's continued to pressure, constantly trying to enter the penalty box. However the defenders did well to contain them, especially Ryan, who did a sliding tackle to unbalance an opponent from shooting. Because of that, he got an abrasion at his left thigh and had to be substituted out for Raymond. Soon after it was half time.

During half time, views and opinions of all the players were discussed, with tactics and a rearrangement of player positions the focal point. The main change would be Hong kai replacing Yi Cheng as the keeper, and Jeremy being replaced due to fatigue. Also despite his injury recieved, ryan was still willing to brave the challenges and continue at centre defence if needed.

With that, it was the 2nd half kick off.

Once again, the Kaieros team talk did not seem to work much with the sec 4's continuously dominating the midfield area and spraying passes to their dangermen up front. It was also due to one of this long balls into the penalty area which lead to a controversial penalty given. Although it wasn't a hand ball, a penalty was still given to them much to the frustration of Li Meng who was the victim of the incident. the penalty taker made no mistake from the spot, 2-1.

With that conversion, the morale of Team Kaieros plunged greatly, now not even able to keep the ball out of their own half. Losing to the sec 4's for the first time seemingly inevitable. However, when there was only 10mins left, a sudden and rare surge from a few Kaieros players managed to get the ball to the feet of substitute Matthew Mohan. With quick feet, he found space at the left corner of the box and blasted a lowshot towards goal. Zhou Yang did not react fast enough and only managed to parry the shot------right into the winger Yi Cheng's path, who cooly slotted the ball home for the second equaliser.2-2

With that goal, the Kaieros player managed to obtain new-found confidence, with more determination in their passing. Soon after, a fine cross from ZiJie found matthew who headed in from close range.

But that was not all, with the belief fully instilled in the Kaieros players, a fine pass to Hong Kai who did well in fooling his marker before applying a deft touch to the ball to divert the ball to Ryan who rammed the ball into the net!! GOAL!! The comeback was complete with Ryan and Ming Swee's Celebrations saying it all.

Even the late goal from the sec was not enough to stop Team kaieros and only proved to be a consolation.

Goal of the season for Kaieros by Ryan

Hmm.. while relaxing, i managed to catch a glimpse of young soccer talents from youtube. So i have decided to compile a list of my young players XI.Young players meaning under 25. Enjoy..
Well firstly for the goalkeeper, it would be none other then Manuel Neuer from Schalke 04. At the age of 24 he has already become a main player for his team as well as a potential German National team keeper in the near future. Not only does he have the looks of a Star, he has natural reflexes and reations as well. This can especially be seen during the match against Porto in the champions league where he continually denied the porto team to singlehandedly keep his team in the game. For me, i feel that he can be the best in the world in the future. Heres a shot clip of him on how he managed to save schalke from champions league elimination all by himself in just one game.

As for my left-back, it would be Arsenal's Gael Clichy. Yeah, although he is still a young player and all, he is already a proven left-back for both Arsenal at left-back and France. His best asset would be his burst of speed which has left many players eating his dust, dribbling and well-timed tackles. Anyone who has all these assets are rare to come by hence explaining my choice. Heres a short clip of him.

Next would be the right-back. For that i have chosen Sergio Ramos. Not only is he versatile and able to play in any defensive position, he also has a scorers and attackers instinct which has enabled him to score many goals in his glittering career so far.He is also comfortable in beating attackers and going past them even in dire situations. It is no wonder Real signed him for 27million euros with spain also calling him into the National squad. For a person so skilled, it is a surprise that he is only 23.

As for many centre-backs, they would be the italian Giorgio Chiellini and the Englishman Micah Richards. The latter because he is both physically strong and quick in dealing tough oppositions. He is also able to convert into a right back if needed too. Although he has hit an all time low of form recently, i still regard him as one of the best in defence. As for Giorgio, he is similar to Richards as he too can be converted into a fullback, for his case the left. He has good positional sense and has a brilliant mind in reading the game. For me, i feel that he could eclipse His former teammate and captain, Fabio Cannavaro into being the best defender around as he is a much better dribbler, faster and still improving. Hence with these two in the heart of defence, keeping clean sheets in almost all the games would be common.

Now for the midfielders. For my defensive midfielder and controller of my engine room, i have chosen Javier Mascherano or also known as El Jeficito which means the little chief, the Liverpool player and captain of Argentina's National team. I dont have much to say about him actually just that he is one of the most complete footballers around in terms of skill. He is a brilliant tackler of the ball, no doubt hard but also very fair, reads the game well leading to interceptions, hard hitter of the ball and also a great passer. However, he still has alot to improve on his temperament as he is always quick to argue and retaliate as can be seen on the heated match against Manchester United where he was sent off. However, aside from this, he is still a sensational player, one everyone would like to have in his team.

As for my wingers, i chose David Silva and Ashley Young. Both these players are able to play on either wings allowing them to switch flanks with each other seamlessly. Both these players are good dribblers of the ball as well as accurate crossers. Hence they will be able to deliver telling crosses and good deliveries for my strikers to score. belows a clip on the winger- David Silva

Sebastien Giovinco would then be my choice in Attacking midfield and playmaker of the team. Although he is an amazing dribbler of the ball, he is very unselfish and prefers to assist rather then go for glory by himself. Also, he is only 1.64m in height making him one of the smallest in professional football and easily ousted and shoved by the rest. However, he does not let his size stop him from playing the game but instead doing mazy runs around the bigger players and assisting for others to score. With that, although he may be the smallest in my team, he plays the most crucial role in helping the attackers and providing them with chances.

Now for the final 2 strikers. Fernando Torres and Sergio Aguero. Both played for Atheletico Madrid and hence would have some understanding between them. Furthermore, Torres can play as a main striker while Aguero plays as a second striker. Not only that, both are speedy and good attackers of the ball, no matter with their head or feet.
Sergio Aguero

Fernando Torres

Well thats it. Your opinions may be different from mine or i may have forgotton some players as well as not known others. But nvm. Hope u enjoyed the videos anyway.
